SE'i Babi were made from a long slices of a pork which has been dried and smoked for a day and yet still maintain the moisture of the meat. SE'i Babi can be serve in a several ways you like. It matches any kind ways of cook. But the special taste can only be spread and tease your appetite when it fried. And for your information, you might wanna make it rare. Medium is the key. Never get the SE'i Babi for too much fried. You'll lost the taste.
